Dr. Spielmann Éva

She has been practicing law since 1994 when she graduated from the Budapest “Eötvös Loránd” Law School summa cum laude. She began her career at a Budapest law firm, Déri & Co., which was associated with Allen & Overy, a London-based international law firm. Later, this firm went independent and advised several U.K. and U.S. law firms (i.e. Linklaters & Paines, Skadden, Arps), which did not have subsidiaries in Hungary, but engaged in local commercial transactions. As senior associate, Dr. Spielmann advised mostly foreign clients in privatisation procedures, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings, company registrations and other corporate services, including initial public offerings. She was admitted to the Budapest Bar Association in January 1997. In order to advance her career development, she acquired a postgraduate degree in corporate law in 2000, which enabled her to specialize in business, corporate, liquidation and competition law as well. She speaks English and Italian.
Dr. Mosolygó Sára

She received her law degree from PKKE Law School, Budapest in 2002, following her university degree as a Spanish language teacher. Between 2002 and 2006 she was practicing as a trainee lawyer, and accepted to the Budapest Bar Association in 2006. She has been working with the law firm as an associated member since 2008. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
