The law firm was established in 1999 by Éva Spielmann. The specialty of the firm includes general business law and corporate counseling, including the establishment of businesses with proper tax planning and advice, applicable to businesses ranging from proprietary-type businesses to larger-scale corporations. We provide all necessary information about the legal environment when setting up and operating privately held companies in Hungary.All of our staff speaks fluent English.
