Our real estate practice includes due diligence of properties, issuing legal opinions for banks, and sale and purchase transactions of both residential and commercial properties. We have been advising both sellers and purchasers, green-field investors, and banks providing mortgages.
Since the beginning of 2004, a new regulation allows easier sale of rooftop properties, which may be converted into condominium dwellings. To keep up with this trend, our office has been involved in executing transaction documents for new and converted apartments, as well as completing all sale and purchase documentations.
